at least one sail is on, but apparently is been "bent" on, which sounds like a bit of a bodge to me...

It's an amazing site with the mast apparently the second highest thing in Portsmouth (after the new tower). I'd hazard a guess that Mirabella will be ready long before the tower and she looks to be getting closer by the day to sea trials.
