flights vary, from £29 to £199 if you want Business class.
Berthing is hit and miss, you need to turn up and beg, lots of marinas from Alicante down to Mar Menor, cheaper than the UK,
Sea is often choppy, but okay if you have any other than a small sports boat,
They stack boats at Torreviecha at about the same cost as mooring and they will launch when needed along the coast, depends how often you go.
Loads of property, some rubbish ( connurbations inland) from £40K to whatever
some wonderful. 2 bed appartment on coast £150K, town house back a bit £100K
endless choice, go visit and see

Hi Ian
To add to Phils input
There are moorings available in Alicante & Torrevieja at the moment I was told I could have one no problem although twice the price of where I am now.& for how long I dont know.Bur still cheaper than UK.I also know where there are two for sale one which includes a 1993/4 Thundercraft 260 express cruiser with twin 3 litre mercruisers, I would have bought this myself I think its for nothing, only I want something much bigger.
I have just put my boat up for sale as negotiations for my new boat are almost complete (3 months+ of bartering with a German gent)
Plenty of places to visit by boat Mar Menor. Isle de Tabarco.& many more small islets & ports 5 euros usually secures a temp berth in the small marinas.Pay them as soon as they tie you up its not compulsary but next time you pop in they will remember you. I ve never been turned away. If you need to know more PM me......Nat
