Marina Internacional at Torrevieja is defintely worth a look at, close to the shops, got a few of its own restaurants and facilities are good. The town of Torrevieja also has everything you could ever need, and so who cares that its not pretty!

If you want a cheap and cheerful Chinese restaurant Casa Wu is nearby on C/. Ramon Gallud, and there are several excellent pizzeria's in town, Pizza Nostra, and La Casona (near the fountains and wibbly wobbly chairs!).

The Club Nautico is also a good marina.... if you can get in to look at it that is!!
