There is a new Marina being build in La Linea which is the Spanish area right outside the Gib frontier. If you have ever driven into Gib you will recall the area just outside where the cars queue for the frontier.
Apparantly it is gonna have about 800 berths, floating pontoons, oh what luxury.
I believe the Alcaidesa group will run it under license from the Junta de Andalucia.
I reckon it will be competition to Gibs Ocean Village. After all you can step off the plane walk through the frontier into Spain and theres the Marina.
