Was going to go this year but in the end I stopped further north. The big issue in Albania is security - leaving the boat untended is a high-risk affair. Piracy is, I believe, no longer a problem but there is much petty crime. If you're serious about going, PM me as perhaps we can liaise, swap information or even join forces - I'm in Trieste.

99.9% of sailors going north from the Ionian to Croatia/Slovenia do not stop in Albania.
Leave Corfu and head over to Otranto/Brindisi. Make your way to Vieste for a rest,
Then leave on port tack and you will fetch up in one of the Croatian islands.
Lastovo is a port of entry in the summer, or continue to Dubrovnik.
If you want to visit Albania take a day trip on a ferry from Corfu to Saranda.
