I had one if these to lock the companionway of my boat whilst she was ashore for the Winter. I had to take it off as the shaking & juddering imparted to the hull by strong gusts of wind in the rigging was causing it to give spurious alarms. It may be OK for a boat that's being stored mast-down or one that's afloat which can move in the water in response to gusts of wind.

So ignoring the fact that the boat wobble makes the alarm go off...

I turn up with a beefy screw driver and shove it through the padlock and force hard. I have 5 seconds to break the lock or rip the hasp off. I then chuck the lock in the briney.
