Is there really a deciduous tree on the chart? Perhaps the AIS is there to add to the excitement if you don't even have conspicuous white houses

River charts seem to be particularly inaccurate. I have safely navigated the Guardiana several times, for example. The chart plotter shows most of the journey on land.

That plot is a boat storage area that flooded 5` deep in the surge last year after the sea wall was breached
