AIS into old plotter?

Is there any chance of getting AIS data into my old B&W Raymarine(theon) plotter? Thanks.

The B & W Pathfinder displays don't have enough processor power and anyway Raymarine refuse to address the software, even on the colour one's which probably do have the processing power. I did try to pursuade them but they refuse to develop "obsolete" equipment. Its really stupid as Pathfinder displays have 2 NMEA ports whereas "C" and "E" series displays only have one, yet the latter do have AIS capability but not enough ports!
