Coming back to Poole from Yarmouth this morning, in the fog, there was a lot of traffic on ch 16 from Jersey coast guard coordinating a search for a missing aircraft. Some private vessels, helicopter, life boat and fixed wing aircraft involved.
About mid morning wreckage was found, the location didn't mean much to me, some where near Jersey I guess. Aircraft parts, life jackets and 'hold alls' weere found.
Nothing on the news, I don't know what type of aircraft it was that went down
Anyone any further news, I'd like to hear everyone safe, but doesn't sound like it.
