I have an AirX 400 wind powered generator and it now only rotates at speed in a breeze; it used to rotate easily in light winds.

I have removed the rotor, item 16, which pushes out. The bearings feel okay, not particularly rumbly but not perfect either, so I'll just replace them and the seal washers. Considering the stator, item 15 in housing, item 8, can anyone advise how that is secured in, and therefore how to remove it? There are no obvious screws and it might be an interference fit. Also, any advise on repairs, replacement based on experience with these units?
