Air draft

So, I am ashore with the mast still rigged. As I am planning a bit more Norwegian sailing how do I find out my air draft? Cant afford to keep bumping into bridges and knocking aerials off only to find I am too tall.

mast head to water line + antenna height
use a length of string on the Spi halliard mark & measure on the ground
