A large traditional sailing vessel has gone aground on Middle Grounds this evening. There seems to be no big panic: several people seen walking around on the sand. I assume they will be able to float off about 2 or 3 o'clock tomorrow morning. I suppose there are worse ways of spending an evening.

Whoops! "I didn't go aground: I'm careening. In the dark."

Swansea coast guard issued a navigation warning on ch16 yesterday while we heading back from Swansea. They were warning that the Clevedon flats may have shifted.
