Agreements for Joint Ownership

I'm currently in the process of jointly purchasing a 27ft £15K yacht with a friend and we would both like to have an agreement which sets out the basic principles of ownership, splitting of maintenance, what happens if one incurrs damage, what happens if a one party wishes to leave etc. etc. etc.

Does anybody have a joint agreement they wish to share to kick off the debate and for us to take as a starting point ?

The RYA do a sample agreement, whether you have to be a member or you can download from their website I don't know. Try them.
