After Sales Service

I am researching for an article and would like to hear about experiences from those who have bought new foreign boats ie Bavaria, Beneteau, Jeanneau etc. Good or bad experiences please.

I have a Najad and the after sales service is superb. I am the second owner and Najad still comes up with help, information and advice. they have the boat on their computer and look it up to see exatly what was built in and so on. the do have an office in the UK at Hamble which is owned by Najad
