After market Tilt & Trim Units in UK?

Does anyone have any idea as to where to buy a after market tilt and trim unit such as CMC or Panther. I need to add PTT to a Evinrude 70hp 70773s and this looks like the only way to go.

Or if anyone had a scrap motor with a usable PTT unit that would fit?

I have emailed them but the web site only show trim tabs. The CMC unit is a trim and tilt unit for the outboard. Thanks for the info will see if they come back.
