Aerial Post On Pushpit

What do you call those posts that some people have on their pushpits that allow their various aerials to be mounted 1 metre or so higher?

..and where can you buy them?

You get them made up to your design and requirements from any stainless steel fabricator. I have had two made up for different boats from a local SS man.
