Ady Gill you've got to give them credit

Bit harsh, they made him a cup of tea and bandaged his hand and gave him a bite to eat

'e thought the tuna sandwiches tasted funny though

He can't have seen the videos clearly showing Ady Gils culpability in this then? He clearly delusional.

Well of course you're entitled to your opinion, but to state that it "clearly shows" is plainly wrong. If it's so clear how come the debate is still raging, and an American magazine is holding an online "trial"? FWIW I disagree with you, I think the whaler alters course first to ram them, and the Ady Gill apparently driving under the bow is actually their attempt to get out of the way.

Nutters - unfortunate drop outs seeking attention and purpose in life. This whole "whale wars" saga is daft and counter productive, worse it seriously risks human life, and as a byproduct is doing their cause no service, in fact in the court of public opionion it has been counter productive. Even green peace chucked him out.

FWIW I agree with you and a lot of others as I recall in some of the debate on here.

In answer to Mr O' Froggie whilst not agreeing with their blantantly dangerous campaign and lack of seamanship in any form their commitment, dedication and bravery have definately led to a greater awarness of the fact that the Japenese still"Whale hunt in numbers which I for one would love to see stopped

Watson also says He "left" Greenpeace as he felt they were not doing anything about the Japenese whale hunting

I'm 100% with you on the need for a whaling ban, just not the lunacy of watson. He's writing cheques with the bodies of his young idealistic volunteers, not his own, and most of the youngsters leave after one tour as evidenced in the tv show, as they lack confidence in the "management". It's their young lives he is putting on the line as he lives his "mission" through them! The south park skit hits the nail on the head, it's amateur, dangerous and not even effective, he doesn't even use smart tactics. Just hope it doesn't end in disaster for some unfortunate family.

Agreed He is not a full box of smarties, imagine sailing with him on a full moon
The skipper of the Ady Gil used a jetski in the southern ocean so he's had a few barks at the moon as well :)
