I am selling my Sun Fizz and as well as putting an ad in YM (already arranged) would appreciate any advice on web sites etc. where I could usefully list it. I'm keen not to pay extortionate brokers fees.

Any advice on the best places to advertise?

There was a post some time ago which recommended setting up a good website with pictures. He said he sold his boat really quickly.

Just a thought.

Take a look at www.myboatdetails.com Its a professional result you get, so long as you can take a few pics. Also you get a unique URL to add to your ad in YM.

Its more professional a presentation than most brokers, at a fraction of the price.

And no, its not my business!

I would'nt underestimate the advantages of keeping it really clean & shiny with a for sale sign on it. Remember SWBO's tend to have absolute vetos on boats so its imprtantant to keep them neat and smelling as nice as posssible. I was'nt allowed to buy some really nice (IMO) boats because they were smelly!
