Advice on finding a commercial skipper

Morning all,

Looking for some advice. I have a Lecomte Northeast 38ft currently in storage in Italy (near Pisa) and need to sail her to a marina/storage in Portugal (location tbc) in spring.

I’m looking to hire a skipper for the job.

Can you offer any advice as to where to start my enquiries? I’ve Googled and searched this forum without much luck. Any recommendations gratefully received (if allowed on the forum)!
