Advice on Berth for a month in July in N Sardinia

Far less flights to Alghero than there used to be I notice but Ryanair do direct flights from Stansted in the summer months. Also there are summer flights from Luton with easyjet.
Last time I flew to Alghero I had to do it through Milan on Alitalia (hair under the wings) … It was a long time ago though. I had to take my own scarf and goggles! …. :encouragement:

Last year we had a few guest changes in Bonifacio, be warned that a taxi ride to the airport is very expensive I had the impression that there was a Cartel..,

In north S, close to airport, i think Olbia and alghere are the best options.

Right now We re in the south in Cagliari, I like the place a lot, marina is right in the middle of the big city, and one trainstop from the airport. Berth rental price is very good. Also cost of live there is good ! Coming summer we will be mainly in the south west, give a sign when you see or pass Blue Angel

Thanks everyone for advice and suggestions. Given instructions from the crew - aka wife and children - cruise plan is focussed on Corsica this year so I think Sta Teresa seems the best bet given direction of travel from Menorca. Olbia looks great but i think the taxi fare to ST will be cheaper than the diesel bill!! Charges in Alghero were buttock clenching and it also seems that Ryannair is the only direct flight option and without making any comment on said airline let's just say that Stansted isn't so convenient! Look forward to meeting you all on the high seas.
