Dear all,
I have just bought a boat in Trinidad and am trying to plan my route north.
My wife is an inexperienced sailor and I want this to be as easy as it possibly can be.
All the books I see just talk of how easy the route south is.
Are there rally’s that are run going north? Any experience of this route? Any advice on when to leave and which way to go?
Your help would be greatly! appreciated.
I don’t want to have to head along Venezuela and do the full clockwise route as this will involve days at sea for her.
I’m am London based so if anyone with experience wants free beer to talk this over, more than willing.
