I treated myself to a copy of this for Christmas (no one else would). It's a model of clarity. However, the front cover shows a yachtsman at the helm of a boat under sail (no lifejacket) two crew (ditto), one on the foredeck. The yacht is also towing a dinghy with the outboard motor still attached. I know most of us have done it in calm waters - but should it be on the front of an Admiralty official publication?
