Hi,
I have seen one or two cunning saloon tables recently. They hinge to go from a low coffee table height up to dining table level, and they were freestanding.
I saw one on a broom and one one a sealine 365. These hinged legs fold under the the table in the low position and lock in the dining table mode.
The 365 I have just paid a deposit on has the original top from one of these but has been screwed to a pedestal. Its also missing the hinge catches that hold the table wings up.
Any idea where to get a similar table or the parts to restore the old one?
Cheers
Nick
