Can anyone recommend some good and regularly updated cruising blogs focusing on the Mediterranean? Also, any Med specific forums etc?

No, I'm not sailing back, just doing research!

Our site takes you from the Clyde to Scilly Isles, France, Biscay, Portugal, Gibralterto on to Majorca, to Sardinia, Turkey, Greece and some mainland Italy. Really intended to keep our friends in touch but you may find some interesting background. Further details available on request!!

What info are you after? Jim Baerselman's website will point you in the right direction for a lot of stuff, or Noonsite gives some good info. Or if you've a specific query about sailing small boats in the Med, then feel free to PM me - I'm not particularly busy at the moment.

Ooops! The re-direct isn't working!

Much better way to find my web site is just to Google "JimB". Add "Mediterranean" if you wish. This will find jimbsail.info/mediterranean. I update this weekly, mainly from "comments" sent in by those who subscribe to the site, and from emails sent through the contact form.

And many thanks to all those contributors!

Our blog is from the UK to the Med and sailing around there over the last 7 years or so although it may be a little different than most.. Also if you look at the map page it will show anchorages and marinas in the Med we have been to although I still have to add about 60 or so.

There is also a very active facebook group specifically for sailing in the Med which anyone is welcome
