Thank you everyone.
I do appreciate that it would be possible to do this on the cheap but in addition to a 12mm sheet I wanted the sides made up to 22mm to fit the existing washboard slot. Being fortunate enough not to be on a budget I decided not to risk a less than 100% job by saving money and have asked Hadlow to make the boards.
Now to look at windows..........
