Neither Google not Bing will allow me to open the pbo website. They both say it is unsafe due to certification issues.
Has anyone else experienced this?

I'm not seeing any errors. If you can "view details", can you see more info?

My Blackberry (just because BB ID and service is stopped does not stop phone from working) ... refuses many sites for same reason. But my Samsung accepts.

I have 3 PC's running at any one time ... 2 laptops and one Desktop. One Laptop can have similar issue as OP ... I just run CCleaner and then restart machine ... usually then its OK. Other laptop - I am using now is usually OK because settings are to minimum .... My Desktop updated couple of days ago and it took on Microsofts awful 360 without my knowledge ... its taken me two days to stop that s***e interfering with its working.

Just clicked on the link in your post and went straight to the page. Running up to date Firefox in the Azores, Portugal using NOS cable intenet.
