Abrasive pad attachment/holder for hull cleaning

Between the hulls of my cat is aged green slime that has been there several years. I am thinking that pressure washing will shift the worst of it but I may need to finish it with an abrasive pad. You can get coarse ones 15x23cm that should do the job but there is a snag. Working above ones head with a wet pad is a miserable business and I am looking for a holder on a rod to use with the pads. However I cannot find anything made to do this-I am thinking like a domestic replaceable mop sheet head holder but cannot spot anything suitable. Has anyone used anything like what I am looking for?

Pole sander ? Screwfix or Toolstation sell them .
They have a moveable head .Takes a while to get the knack

I have a telescopic pole with an attachment that takes either a sheepskin mop or a selection of Scotch-pads, which is easy to use, so it’s worth looking for something like it.

On the antifouling? Power wash and then vacuum sand. Just a few hours.

Between the hulls? On the top sides paint/gel coat? I'm not sure I would want to use abrasive there unless I was re-painting. Wet the surface, apply surfactant and let soak (something with glycol ether will help), and a rotary power scrubber. Finish with bleach. But it's curious to get slime there, out of the sun. Never happened to me. Never seen it on any boat that was not sunk.
