About Aerogen output

Some time ago I connect my Aerogen in wrong way. Now it produce max 1.5A and 18V(open circuit). It's normal, or my Aerogen was broken ?

Look at this site, http://www.aerogen.co.uk/ . There may be an email address where you can ask the manufacturers the same question.
