Did you know that the RAC do not cover a breakdown of a trailer ( without an extra payment - £126 - and joining the Caravan Club)
The AA cover at no extra cost including relay.
I caused me a major problem being unaware of the lack of cover.

I would check the length they cover for relay I was not covered a 24 ft trailer but they did organise assistance

Hi all

We use the "Arrival" service - which is RAC through the camping and caravan club. With this service they will cover ANY SIZE trailer and motorhome. Possibly worth jouning the caamping and caravan club just for this extra bennefit!

We had a wheel bearing go on our RIB trailer and they recovered that from Exeter all the way to the slip in Mylor Yacht haven ready for our weekend over to the scillies!!

After 22 yrs with the RAC I had a need to use them and they were useless, instead of turning out they said they would be able to help the following day! Needless to say I am now a very satisfied member of the AA
