A very nice touch

At the last minute, because the weather was so nice on Saturday, we decided to stay overnight at Lymington Yacht Haven. They gave me a berth by mobile in advance and when I checked in told me the fee was £14.22! (previous night at East Cowes was £ 24.60. They also asked what free newspaper I wanted in the morning. When I collected the Sunday Times the following morning with a smile I was also given an Easter Egg. Excellent PR. We will be going there again.

That is cheap for a 36 footer! and it's nice to see them going the extra mile for the customer.
