A tired Cardinal

On entering Tollesbury leavings this morning I noticed that the east cardinal mark "indigo" was laying down on the job.
The top mark was in the water so presumably the ballast weight has fallen off!

That cardinal is too often out partying with the other buoys, I suspect. It's always falling asleep on on the job.
