A thicker 2K varnish

Thought i'd ask here as i'm guessing you guys and gals use alot more varnish than plastic boat owners like myself. I have finished making a set of window frames for my Centaur out of oak and silvercarbon all encapsulated in many rediculously thick coats of wests to the point where i had achieved a flawless glass-like finish and no reactions on the surface of the outer carbon frame.

Then went with Hempels 2K Diamond Varnish for the UV protection and have had non stop fish-eyeing, and can see marks (where none existed previously) in the gloss from the foam applicators as the varnish seems to be thinner than water. I'm wet-sanding with 600 - 800 W&D sandpaper then washing and drying before re-coating.

My question is, is there a thicker two pack varnish, thinking about internationals perfection plus is it?, just want to get back to the previously excellent finish i achieved with wests as i have almost used up the Hempels and have got nothing to show for my efforts other than a crap finish.

Any suggestions welcome.

Do you have a specific reason for staying with 2-pack for the UV topcoats? - obviously you would have more viscosity latitude with singe pack (I mix both no probs).

Craftmaster make a very nice paint, and I'd guess their varnish is just as good.

Will take a look

Only that its more hard wearing than single pack, dont want to have to recoat them anytime soon.
