At least where I am it has.
Spent the last few afternoons down at the boat. even went for a sunset sail last night.
Mostly just pottering about fixing odd little annoyances.
Now we have water on the dock again. I spent the afternoon scrubbing and hosing the accumulated green slime, seagull ****, discarded shells, crab shells dried up starfish carcases and other little presents left behind. By critters, at least the otter prefers my neighbours boat. I like having them around but they definitely have some anti social habits.
I think one of the Bu!@#$s found his way in under my tarp and set up home.
By 5 pm there was about half a dozen other chaps doing the same. pressure washers buzzing all around. never bother to bring mine down just use a scrub brush and some environmentally friendly cleaner which doesn't do much.
Actually quite a pleasant afternoon.
