Recently sold our boat in Greece via Williams and Smithells who have offices in Southampton and Levkas. The took it on at the price I suggested, found a buyer in double quick time and when the buyer tried for a last minute price reduction, gave him a further £300 off out of their reasonable (by industry standards) commission. Their service included a free hull survey by a local specialist to counter any spurious allegations of osmosis by any "cover your back" surveyor.
Just to give further credence to this company, they also sold my previous boat, a Moody 33s based UK at the end of last year in a very difficult market. The previous broker had been trying for 18 months at the same price, with no success.
Nice to find a company that delivers and to be able to post a recommendation.
