I've got a Faithfull brand rechargeable LED 10w work light. I find it just so useful. After two years the battery is starting to flag so I emailed them to see if they sold replacement batteries, not really expecting much in this throw away society, but no, I got a reply within minutes saying they do replacement batteries for just over £8 plus £2 postage...albeit currently out of stock, they promised to let me know when they were in stock.
My little light has magnetic feet so you can place it on vertical metal surfaces. I also use the magnets for keeping small screws in a safe place whilst i am working. If they are on the magnet they can't fall between floorboards.
