At one time I was considering taking up brewing, in the cellar at home. Had I done so, I had every intention of installing a beer engine ("hand pump" to the unenlightened) on the worktop in the kitchen above.

I did! Used to draw home brewed bitter from colapsible polypins in the cellar. It was a very popular household and some wild times were had :)

A friend used to brew beer in the warmth of the attic, run a pipe down to store it in the cool of the cellar and pump it up to drink in the comfort of his lounge.
He coped very well but his wife became alcoholic.
Cautionary tale!!!!

Cloud 9 has 2 obsolete 350 ltr water tanks - starboard white, port red so using the mixer tap in the galley you can pour red on one side, white on the other or rose in the middle - life doesn't get any better.
