or rather, a resolution of the poly-lemma facing the brave Transcat team and their dauntless shore support group.

A couple of terakg of spray dried mint powder would provide for limitless mohitos (pl. mohitoi tcm ? ) and the entire galley stores can be set up with a little help from this phyto-organic (!) company from India.

Alternately, you could just buy a pack of mints and let them dissolve in said mohitos.
