because of redundencey, towcar replacement have not taken my s24 "thanks mum" for a swim in 18 months !!!!! ...so tomorrow that is to rectified !!! after a 3hr tow from bedfordshire shes going to be "dunked" at mercury on the hamble early am. the possible good laugh for any spectators will be , if i can remember me port frm starboard, not to turn the helm in gear, etc etc etc....we,ve all watched the newies on the slips, so you can come and laugh at an oldie with a mental block !!!!!!!!!!!........just a bit more than nomal !!!!!!!!!!.....£5 says i slip over on the green stuff !! or the car slips below the wet stuff !........ps. spectators are charged £25 each !!!!!

well....for those who MIGHT be interested we went, had a good shakedown whizz about on southampton water, no probs with boat worth worrying about, so because of tidetimings loaded up for the tow home and left at 12.30..........to arrive at 17.10 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! .....at drive of 110 miles !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.......i could of reversed all the way home kwiker !!!!!!........ the things we do for a tiny bit of pleasure !!!!.....( derv at port hamble today £1.01 hmmmm !)
