Mostly my Nikon D200 with the 18-200VR lens. A couple were from my mates Nikon D70 with a Sigma 10-20 wide-angle lens (the BBQ one in particular). He also had his 28-300mm 'paparazzi' lens we could play with too.
The VR lens is excellent for stability - the anchor lights shot was over half a second, hand held (and even that required the ISO to be wound up)!
