Friday.
Sensible 09,00 start from the pontoon.
25C.and Sunny
Dead flat calm,with a little sea mist to start our slow cruise round into Sea Reach and a helpful flood taking us past all the history and interesting sights arriving at St Kats a few moments before the first lock out as planned
As Medways most prestigeous club we of course went into the lock first leaving all the Thames boats to wait their turn at the back.
An immaculate display of precision boatmanship as we all took up our moorings,with most certainly no panicing and shouting at crew.
First evening down to Il Bordello and back for a little light refreshment and cultural conversation.
A promenade later in evening onto Tower Bridge to see the London skyline.
Saturday.
25C. A visit to The Science Museum followed by an evening repast in one of the dockside restuarants.
Sunday,
25C.and Sunny.
A wander along the South bank of the river to the Tate Modern, enjoying the Jugglers and Bubble Men, across the Wobbly Bridge and train up to China Town via the LEGO Shop.
Excellent nosh followed by a walk back via Leicster Sq. to the marina.More refreshments.

Warm sunshine greeted us as we rose bright and early to exit the marina .
A pleasant run back at 6/7 knots arriving at Rochester around mid afternoon and after a little light refreshment, a BBQ on the pontoon to finish the day.
A very short discussion indeed as to if we should start some sort of "Poverty Fund" for those less fortunate club members unable to afford ST Kats and forced to endure time in windswept muddy creeks for relaxation, pretending and failing miserably to convince themselves it it fun.
Why is there always some git with boat much bigger than ones own ?
