A Couple of Questions

Can you please help with a couple of questions.

Firstly any ideas where I can get a workshop manual for a Volvo Penta Shaftdrive Diesel (2004) TAMD41P 200HP and secondly the stern gland has been changed after 5 yrs and it needs to be vented on launching - what does that involve doing ?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You can sometimes pick a workshop manual up on ebay as a scanned PDF on a CD.
Probably the most reliable source is a Volvo Penta Agent such as Volspec. The manuals are now in 5 or 6 parts now and cost about £120.
