Late getting off work on Saturday, so the sun was setting as we got going.

Completely dark when we got to the anchorage but woke up to an ideal day

We'd anchored behind Doris.

Left in the afternoon and an old friend was going the other way

Picking up speed as she went

A lovely weekend, hope we get some more.

Is that the waverly. My parents were on it on sunday for a trip down the thames.

It sure is the Waverley - looked great as she came up river through Tower Bridge the other evening. Going on a trip on her: Tilbury - Blackwater - Clacton in a couple of weeks. Did the Medway trip last year. Always a great day out.
