We went up to the boat yesterday at Kip after the storms of the previous week and apart from the loss of a fender she was in good shape. What was rather the worse for wear was the tarpaulin we put on a couple of weeks ago - most of the eyes had pulled out and it was somewhat loose, but what was clear was that someone - either the marina staff or our neighbours had made every attempt to re-secure the tarpaulin ropes and to fix it as well as possible.
