A Big Thank-You to Crusader Sails

As some of you may know I had a nasty experience with a grounded ex-charter boat I was about to buy. To cut a long story short I'd paid a deposit with collection at the end of the season. At collection, the boat was wrecked with extensive cracking to the hull and internal superstructure.

I had a main sail on pre-order with Crusader Sails, to be ready for the delivery trip - deposit paid, cloth reserved and production slot set.

When the sale fell through they cancelled the order and returned my deposit without any fuss whatsoever. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, the ordering process uncomplicated and best of all, they don't have a chinese sweat shop in the background so their supply chain is short and they are very accomodating.

I went to crusader on a friends recommendation and I'm very glad I did. I will certainly be back when the 'new' boat needs replacement sails.

Have to say I had very good service from them as well after main sail needed a little adjustment

Good for me too, I bought a new spi from them a couple of months ago at a good price, and then bought a "stock" spare main at a good price too. Maybe it was yours.................!
