We've all had our pants pulled down at various times by Travelex, good to see the money wasn't wasted....

A very similar boat to my own (we both have CAT engines), this little beauty was reputedly $115 million, around £80 million (or £102 million if you have Travelex do the currency conversion.

Contemporary, stylish and reputedly quite comfortable inside for a boat of modest proportions.

Lovely.

Marinetraffic refers to Elandess as a 'houseboat'.

And a quote from this article :
"Dorfman said his family, including his many grandchildren, tested the ship this summer. “You can't just Google a formula for how to design a yacht for a certain number of people,” he said. “You have to be involved.”

She was built by Abeking & Rasmussen in Germany -

Although it’s not to my style, it certainly explains why you get such a poor exchange rate at an airport

That's how he's paid for it. Ripping people off in every airport worldwide. Never ever ever ever use Travelex.....!

But there’s clearly no shortage of people who are happy to pay his prices at the airport, not something I would do but I guess many don’t plan ahead.
