8-10 foot rowing dinghy

Looking for a dinghy to get to and from the mooring. For preference:

Rows well
Stable
Tatty enough not to be eminently nickable
GRP or plastic
Lightish to lift ashore
Within easy (boat) towing distance of Hamble
Not too many beer vouchers
