Morning all, (why am I here now?)

I bought a new NASA dual frequency aerial at the show today (yesterday) which makes my 518KHz aerial redundant. What are odds of me getting a decent signal if I put the aerial on my Chimney? I am in Pulborough, which is 60ish miles from Niton (no serious hills in the way, only the south downs) Has anyone tried it?
Just seems a shame to chuck away a good aerial (unless anyone wants it?..................I thought not)

But doesn't that mean you got to run an very long cable to your boat to get it to work?

Providing you are not down in the dip by the speed camera, you should be OK for reception.
