Sad.How on earth did they remove the mast in one piece?

There was no sign of water running out of the hull so my guess is that the marks on the side were rubber stains from the tires used to cushion the hull. They did well to get the gear trucks and cranes organised before it was damaged too much.
On the other hand there is no excuse for a boat coming adrift. Poor maintenance of mooring tackle perhaps. All horrible stuff olewill

Isn't there a big gash on the port side?

I thought the marks on the port side were the tape cove lines having been smeared up the hull. The shape still seemed perfectly fair.
