Anyone got one or had one for a while that can give feedback on if they are any good or are they a lightweight toy that will last 5 minutes?

We have one and are very happy with it. Certainly not a toy. They are very light and may not last as long as some of the heavy weight alternatives so I guess it comes down to what you intend to do with it. Ours is just used for short distance trips between the boat and shore, and I expect it to last a decent time. We had a much heavier dinghy which was going to last forever - it was so heavy that I couldn't launch it without hurting myself!
