+1 for Brixham, 2 guys from our marina have just refurbished a great little pub a short walk from the marina.

Lots of great restaurants and quirky shops with very few chavs

There's one called the Queens Arms, has excellent reviews, recently won the SW CAMRA pub of the year award. Try googling it, they have a good website.

The New Quay Inn, down a little alleyway as you come to the end of the inner harbour from the marina, just ask a local and they'll point you in the right direction.

Shame we cant join you as were still in the solent awaiting parts for Tom to fix the Stbd engine :blue::blue:

Hope you have a good trip and leave some beer for the rest of us lol

+1 for the Queens too. It's a fair hike up to the top of Station Hill, but downhill back to the Marina - so gravity helps you home when you've had a few!
